Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–1 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page, during checkout, and in the order confirmation email.

If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately at no additional cost.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Order Delivery, Damage, or Loss

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

All deliveries must be inspected within 5 business days of arrival. Any damage, defect, or delivery issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or resolution.

To report an issue, please contact us at support@gaelicnest.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If an item arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging until the claim is fully resolved, as this may be required by the courier.

For larger or freight-style deliveries, we recommend inspecting the shipment upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt. If full inspection is not possible at delivery, please mark the shipment as “Damaged – Further Inspection Pending” and notify us within 5 business days.

Damage claims may not be accepted if issues are not reported within the required timeframe or if original packaging has been discarded before the claim is completed.

Missing Packages

If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check all delivery locations around your property
• Ask neighbours or household members

If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days so we can open an investigation with the courier.
